Bo is a nationally known expert on Polyamory, BDSM, Fetish and LGBT issues and has 20 years of experience in the music industry. He has taught and lectured all over the country at hundreds of universities, conferences and various alternative and entertainment industry events. He is the winner of the 2011 Pantheon of Leather President’s Award and was read weekly, back in the mid 90′s, in his nationally syndicated music biz advice column “Bo Knows”. (Where he swears he and his roommates invented the “That’s not a bad name for a band” game!)

His business clients have included everyone from Time Warner to Sharp Electronics, Kyocera Mita and Sherwin Williams to The United Way, Sabrett Hotdogs and the New York Public Library.
He has struggled with his weight and been an insulin dependent type 2 diabetic. Inspired to live a more authentic life, and stick around to enjoy his amazing family and friends, he has changed his lifestyle and lost over 85 lbs. He no longer needs ANY diabetic medication and is currently working hard to get his body back into shape. Although he did not use a 12 step or other traditional program, Bo identifies as a compulsive over eater and a recovering food addict and bulimic.
He has lived a polyamorous lifestyle with his wife Siouxsie, their partners, and extended family for over 15 years.
